A factual map of the data behind Agent Hub.
This notice covers the independent Agent Hub website at agenthubstudio.com. It explains the information processed when you sign in, save a workflow, edit a profile, download the app, or contact support.

Your content stays scoped
Saved workflows are account-scoped. Support conversations are visible only to their owner and authorized support administrators.
INFORMATION WE PROCESS
Only the categories the product actually uses.
Account and identity
Verified ChatGPT email address, ChatGPT display or full name when supplied by the sign-in service, authentication provider and subject, internal account and identity identifiers, and account creation, update, and last-seen timestamps. Earlier account records may also retain email, display name, and timestamps.
Profile information
The display name and optional short biography you enter. Your display name and email may be shown to authorized support administrators when they handle your support conversation.
Saved workflows
Configuration name, workflow mode, preferred agent, writer-lock and review settings, optional free-text notes, ownership ID, and created or updated timestamps.
Support and access records
Support subjects, messages, status, author email and role, account IDs, and related timestamps. Administrator grant and revoke events retain actor and target account IDs and emails for security auditing.
Technical service data
The application database does not store visitor IP addresses or user-agent strings. Hosting, security, and authentication providers may process IP address, browser or device details, requested URL, request time, and necessary session identifiers to deliver and protect the service.
What we do not collect
Agent Hub does not collect website passwords, payment-card data, Codex or Claude API credentials, or Google OAuth tokens. Google sign-in is not currently enabled.

OpenAI / ChatGPT Sites
Provides published-site hosting, maintenance, and the ChatGPT sign-in flow. Its handling is also governed by the applicable OpenAI privacy terms and ChatGPT Sites data-processing terms.

Provides parts of website delivery, security, database storage, and release-file storage used by the deployed service.

May view the account display name, email, and support content needed to answer and administer support requests. Their access is logged and can be revoked by the protected owner.
Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users, investigate abuse, or defend the service. Links to third-party MCP publishers are external sites with their own privacy practices.
RETENTION & YOUR CHOICES
Current limits are stated plainly.
Agent Hub currently has no automatic expiry schedule for account, profile, saved-workflow, or support records. Individual saved configurations can be deleted from the account page. Other records remain until they are manually removed or no longer needed for the purposes above. Administrator role events are append-only security records and may continue to retain actor and target email snapshots.
To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible Agent Hub data, use the authenticated support page. Requests involving the underlying ChatGPT account or provider logs must be directed to the relevant provider.
BROWSER STORAGE
The privacy acknowledgement is local.
When you select “Accept & continue,” Agent Hub stores a small acknowledgement in your browser's local storage so the notice does not repeat. The application does not send that acknowledgement to its database. Necessary authentication and security session mechanisms may be provided by the hosting and sign-in services.
